By way of Austin, Providence & New York, Sandira now resides in Berlin. For nearly 20 years, she has worked with artist, producers, record labels, magazines, music schools, music technology programs, and pro audio brands. 

After 7 -years at inMusic Brands and previously, Head of Partnerships & Culture Marketing for Akai Pro, she is now Senior Curator & Researcher at Factory Berlin, focusing on innovation projects and bridging gaps between the intersection of Technology x Art.

Some notable projects include Alicia Keys, John Carpenter, Mark Reeder, Night Embassy, Neil Davidge, New Urban Arts, Red Bull Music Studios, Rough Trade, Tresor, Tony Visconti, and more. She is currently the artist manager for Icelandic talent dj flugvél og geimskip. Her talk and presentations include Soho House Berlin, Musikmesse, Brighton Music Conference, Mutek Montreal, BIME Pro, Iceland Airwaves, Tech Open Air, Ars Electronica, and Reeperbahn Festival.

In 2017 she was selected as (phase I) Music Business Innovator participant of www.keychange.eu, a 2-year European talent development program that empowers women to transform the future of the music industry through new international opportunities to help accelerate change and create a better, more inclusive music industry for present/future generations. Keychange featured a series of showcases, discussions, collaborations, a program of creative labs at multiple international festivals and more. The final event took place in Brussels at the European Parliament, featuring Keychange participants to help shift policy. In 2019 she was included in SheSaidSo’s Alternative Power 100 Music List 2019, which is a response to Billboard’s Power 100 List with the aim to challenge conventional music industry standards.
