By way of Austin, Dallas, Providence & New York, Sandira now resides in Berlin. For nearly 20 years, she has worked with over 100 artist/producers, record labels, magazines, music schools, music technology programs, and pro audio brands. 

With 7 -years at inMusic Brands and previously, Head of Partnerships & Culture Marketing for Akai Pro, she is now Senior Curator & Researcher at Factory Berlin, focusing on innovation projects and bridging gaps between the intersection of Technology & Art. Her talk and presentations include Soho House Berlin, Musikmesse, Brighton Music Conference, Mutek Montreal, BIME Pro, Iceland Airwaves, and Tech Open Air.

Sandira is a Music Business Innovator participant of, a 2-year European talent development program that empowers women to transform the future of the music industry through new international opportunities to help accelerate change and create a better, more inclusive music industry for present/future generations. Keychange featured a series of showcases, discussions, collaborations, a program of creative labs at multiple international festivals and more. The final event took place in Brussels at the European Parliament, featuring Keychange participants to shift policy.
